The general registry (Calvià/Palmanova) handles the entry and exit of applications and submitted official communications. The entries are made following the order of receipt time or exit of the documents and communications. Once the registration process has been completed, they are sent to their intended recipients.

In the offices of the Citizen's Advice Service of Calvià Town Hall / Palmanova, individuals can register in person their requests and communications addressed to any administration. Legal persons must process their applications electronically in accordance with the provisions of article 14.2 of Law 39/2015.

The submission of applications:

  • Telematically (electronic certificate/DNIe required) on the Electronic Registry of Calvià Town Hall. Legal entities and professionals as well as all persons regulated in art. 14.2 of Law 39/2015 are obliged to interact electronically with the Administration.
  • In person, requesting a previous appointment, exclusive use for individuals, who are not obliged to process electronically (Law 39/2015).

The attention in languages (English/German) will be attended by appointment.
