An alternative program to financial penalties for minors with no prior sanctions for offenses related to alcohol or drug use
If you're between 14 and 17 and this is your first offense for any of the following:
- Drinking alcohol in public
- Participating in street drinking (botellón)
- Illegally using or possessing drugs in public spaces or transportation
You can apply within 10 calendar days from the date of the offense to take part in the Alternative Sanctions Program.
Steps to follow:
STEP 1; Read and share with your guardians the city council's decree on alternative measures to financial penalties, as well as the ordinance promoting community harmony in our municipality.
STEP 2; Fill out the following Application Form.
STEP 3; Submit the completed application to the Registry.
