What do we do at the Housing Department?

One of our main functions is to make the right to housing accessible to all those who want to live in Calvià. Especially to many families who work in our municipality and the young Calvianers who want to become independent. The rising price of housing in the Balearic Islands in recent years, especially in coastal municipalities like ours, has made access to housing especially difficult for many families. For this reason, Calvià City Council has prepared to respond to the housing needs of our neighbors.
