REGULATIONS
  • Mayoral Resolution regarding the modification of point two of the Mayoral Decree dated 03/24/2021, which regulates the bases for authorizations to occupy public roads in summer markets for non-commercial services, in the municipality of Calvià. BOIB No. 20, dated February 10, 2024.
  • Mayoral Decree (dated 5/23/2022) modifying the regulatory bases. Published in the BOIB No. 074 of 6/7/2022.
  • Mayoral Decree approving the regulatory bases for authorizations of street or non-sedentary sales permits in periodic and temporary summer markets. It also approves the regulatory bases for authorizations of non-commercial activities associated with these markets. 
SUMMER TEMPORARY MARKETS 2026
  • Mayoral Resolution (dated 08/10/2026) agreeing to the temporary relocation (September 6, 2026) of the location of the temporary summer market of Santa Ponça, on the occasion of the Rei en Jaume I festivities 2026.
  • Mayoral Resolution (dated 08/03/2026) approving the list of authorized individuals involved in the process of awarding permits for street or non-sedentary sales permits in periodic and temporary summer markets for the 2026 season, as well as non-commercial activities associated with these markets.
  • Mayoral Resolution (dated 04/30/2026) approving the final list of admitted, excluded and withdrawn applications for the allocation of street or non-sedentary sales permits in periodic and temporary summer markets for the 2026 season, as well as non-commercial activities associated with these markets.

    The public draw will be held on 04/21/2026, at 12:00 p.m., in the Town Hall's plenary hall (first floor of the town hall building C/ Julià Bujosa Sans, batle, 1. 07184 Calvià).

SUMMER TEMPORARY MARKETS 2025
  • Mayoral Resolution (dated 10/17/2025) approving the list of authorized individuals involved in the process of awarding permits for street or non-sedentary sales permits in periodic and temporary summer markets for the 2025 season, as well as non-commercial activities associated with these markets. 
  • Mayoral Resolution (dated 10/16/2025) approving the extension of the duration of the summer markets for the 2025 season.
  • Mayoral Resolution (dated 08/13/2025) agreeing the modification of the resolution on the temporary relocation (September 7, 2025) of the location of the temporary summer market of Santa Ponça, on the occasion of the Rei en Jaume I festivities 2025.
  • Mayoral Resolution (dated 07/29/2025) agreeing to the temporary relocation (September 5, 6 and 7, 2025) of the location of the temporary summer market of Santa Ponça, on the occasion of the Rei en Jaume I festivities 2025.
  • Mayoral Resolution (dated 04/30/2025) approving the final list of admitted, excluded and withdrawn applications for the allocation of street or non-sedentary sales permits in periodic and temporary summer markets for the 2025 season, as well as non-commercial activities associated with these markets.

  • According to Article 6.3 of the Regulatory Bases for authorizations for the occupation of public roads with non-commercial services, for the revitalization of periodic and temporary summer markets in the municipality of Calvià, authorizations will be granted directly to applicants who meet the required conditions and, if there are more applications than authorizations, authorizations will be granted by draw.
