The new municipal collection ordinance (Published in the BOIB No. 176 of December 25, 2021) establishes a CUSTOMIZED TAX PAYMENT PLAN for taxes and public law revenues, including non-tax public patrimonial services (waste collection and treatment), where citizens and legal entities can divide their tax payments into monthly installments from January to November—or other specifically designated months—with minimum installments of 5 euros, provided that at least half of the total tax debt is settled by the last day of August.

The request and/or modification of the Customized Payment Plan can be made in various ways:

• Through the VTO with an authenticated user by following these steps:
  • Access the Virtual Tax Office (VTO).
  • Search for and select the option 'Request and/or modify a Customized Payment Plan' in the search bar or in the procedures menu (icon located in the upper left corner)
  • Fill out and submit the form
• In person at the OMT offices.
