Direct debit request for bills
The direct debit of bills is a service that allows users to authorize the bank to automatically process the payment of receipts or fees by directly charging the user's bank account. This method offers several advantages:
- Eliminates the need to travel, saving time and effort.
- Ensures timely payments, avoiding potential delays or late fees.
- Manage payments from anywhere with internet access, offering greater convenience and providing a more organized control of recurring expenses.
The request for direct debit of bills can be made in several ways:
- Through the VTO by authenticated user following these steps:
- Access the Virtual Tax Office (VTO).
- Search for and select the option 'Request a direct debit' in the search bar or in the procedures menu (icon located at the top left).
- Fill out and submit the form.
- In person at the OMT offices.
