The request for direct debit of bills can be made in several ways:

• Through the VTO by authenticated user following these steps:
  • Access the Virtual Tax Office (VTO).
  • Search for and select the option 'Request a direct debit' in the search bar or in the procedures menu (icon located at the top left).
  • Fill out and submit the form.
• In person at the OMT offices.
