PROGRAMME OF THE INTERNATIONAL DAY FOR THE ELIMINATION OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN 2016
Basic training of the corporal mobility applied to the works of the hotel trade: TREBALLAR SA, conducted by Mona Belizán.
The workshop consists of four sessions during the month of November:
Wednesday 9th,16th, 23rd and 30th November.
Location: Sala Caldera, Es Generador
Aimed at women workers in cleaning, restoration and maintenance, hotel maids, domestic workers. (Free activity)
The pain, fatigue, illnesses associated with the work of the hotel industry can improve by educating the body movement, using natural resources of the body thus translating them into more beneficial and pleasant moods.
To bring comfortable clothes and mat / towel is essential
Maximum: 15 women
