- Collaboration in the employee selection process for the Costa d’en Blanes establishment
The prestigious Mandarin Oriental hotel chain and CalviàTown Hall's Training and Employment Institute (IFOC), begin their collaboration to plan future staff selection processes for their new hotel in Costa d’en Blanes. Located in the exclusive Punta Negra enclave, facing the sea, Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca offers elegant design, absolute privacy, and a unique connection with the sea and nature.
With 105 rooms and 26 suites, several with private pool, it offers a privileged location allowing guests to enjoy the tranquility of the surroundings, without sacrificing excellent connections to the island's main attractions. Its opening consolidates Calvià's position as a quality tourism destination and generates new opportunities for the local community.
The IFOC, through its SEPE-authorised Employment Agency, will provide support in the dissemination and management of job openings, facilitating access to these opportunities for people from the municipality and surrounding areas. Although the hotel does not yet have a definitive opening date, IFOC and Mandarin Oriental are already working on planning the recruitment process.
Job openings will be published soon on both the official Mandarin Oriental website (careers.mandarinoriental.com) and the IFOC website (www.ifoc.es/contigo). The available vacancies will cover both operational and supervisory positions in various departments of the hotel: catering, cleaning, maintenance, reception, amongst others.
