Following the recipe book of the cook Marcus Gavius Apicius, contemporary of the emperors Augustus and Tiberius, we offer a tasting of Roman cuisine accompanied by the explanations of Professor Josep Campillo, who will give us first hand information of the taste for good cuisine and drink, full of anecdotes from the daily life of ancient Rome.
