Women's Day programme
Workshop on basic training of the corporal motricity applied to the works within the hotel trade: TREBALLAR SA, by Mona Belizán. The three-session workshop, aimed at women dedicated to cleaning, restoration and maintenance, gardening, hotel cleaning and housekeeping, will deal with how to overcome the pain, fatigue and work-related illnesses by educating body movement and using the body's natural resources, which translates into more beneficial and pleasurable moods.
Place: Sala Caldera, Es Generador
Comfortable clothes and a towel / mat is essential.
