With the Virtual Office and the notification system, the Town Hall is providing citizens with two effective tools for more accessible and simple tax management
The aim is to improve communication between the local administration and citizens by providing useful and up-to-date information
Calvià Town Hall, through the Municipal Tax Office (OMT), has launched an information campaign to encourage citizens to subscribe to the personalised municipal tax alert service, a tool that is already available and facilitates a more agile and efficient management of tax obligations.
The objective of this campaign is to increase the number of people subscribed to the system, as well as to promote greater awareness about the importance of keeping up-to-date on tax matters and avoid unnecessary surcharges due to lack of knowledge or delays.
How to subscribe?
The process is very simple: just send an email to recaudacion@calvia.com with your full name, ID number, and your email or contact phone number.
Advantages of the alert service
Calvià subscribers will receive reminders, alerts, and relevant communications directly to their email or by SMS, allowing them to:
- Anticipate payment deadlines
- Learn about tax novelties or changes
- Manage procedures more efficiently

In addition, the OMT (Municipal Tax Office) reminds that citizens have at their availability the Virtual Tax Office, an online space accessible 24 hours a day, where they can complete procedures such as:
- Direct debits
- Tax payments
- Installment payment requests
- Tax address changes
- Inquiries about debts and bills
