411 COMPLAINTS FILED FOR INFRINGING COEXISTENCE RULES DURING THE MONTH OF MAY
The Local Police of Calvià has filed 411 complaints during the month of May for infringements included in the Coexistence Promotion Ordinance, the majority (267) for street vending, in the municipality.
In addition, last month, there were a total of 34 complaints filed to unauthorised masseurs, 31 complaints for consumption of alcoholic beverages and street boozing, 28 for consumption and / or possession of drugs, 8 for having sex in the street,
3 complaints for nudism or seminudism in unauthorised spaces. To all of them, it must be added 40 more for breaching the general rules of coexistence, conduct or against public order.
The number of complaints filed for breaching the Coexistence Promotion Ordinance during the month of May is a bit higher compared to 2017, which were filed 345 complaints.
So far this year, without taking into account these first days of June, 1,016 complaints have been filed, 369 for street vending and 311 for consumption of alcoholic beverages and street boozing, amongst others.
