CALVIÀ FISCAL CALENDAR 2022. VOLUNTARY TAX PAYMENT PERIOD

The voluntary tax payment period is established between 1^st June and 15^th November.
Tax direct-debit payments will be charged on 20^th August 2022.

NOVELTIES 2022

-The General Ordinance on Tax Revenue Collection has been modified to discount all receipts included in the personalised payment plan by 5%, and with a limit of 40 euros per person and plan. GENERAL ORDINANCE ON TAX REVENUE AND OTHER LOCAL PUBLIC LAW REVENUE COLLECTION Article 12

-The Regulatory Ordinance on the IBI (Property Tax) has been modified to discount all those non-commercial properties installing solar energy equipments. REGULATORY ORDINANCE ON PROPERTY TAX  Art. 6, Point 5

-Royal Decree Law 4/2022 that provides Tax exemptions on rural properties that have suffered income losses.  RDL 4/2022, OF 15th MARCH, BY WHICH URGENT MEASURES ARE ADOPTED TO SUPPORT THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR DUE TO DROUGHT  Art. 5
