THE IFOC, CALVIÀ TOWN HALL'S EMPLOYMENT AGENCY, OFFERS MORE THAN 500 JOBS THROUGH THE 2022 SELECTION DAYS
11 more Days are planned during April and May
Calvià Town Hall, through the Employment Agency of the Calvià Training and Employment Institute (IFOC), continues with the Selection Days to cover more than 500 jobs.
Throughout April and May, 11 Days are planned with the companies Meliá Hotels International, Kimpton Aysla Mallorca, AMR Collection and Beach Club Gran Folies, offering a total of 466 jobs. During February and March, the IFOC already held 4 Days for the Pure Salt Luxury and Dreams Calvià hotels, in which a total of 1.054 applications for 54 jobs were registered.
All interviews take place in Sala Palmanova, and the process is as follows: the company must register the offer on the IFOC employment platform and all those people interested must register for those offers in which they meet the requirements. Once this procedure has been completed, the IFOC employment team will summon them to pre-selection group interviews. Lastly, the people overcoming this phase will already be able to have individual interviews directly with the companies. This methodology saves companies the time of receiving curriculums and assessing all the applications, which are dealt with by the IFOC, and allows a greater degree of labour insertion of the people participating in the final selection of the company, since there is a greater adjustment of the candidacies presented with the needs and requirements of the companies.
