'Falla de El Toro' Falleras reception
The mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, has welcomed at the Town Hall the 'Falla del Toro' Fallera mayor, Fina Giménez Castellanos; the children's Fallera mayor, Sara Escudero Coloma; who have been accompanied by the president of the 'Falla del Toro', Miguel Ángel Máñez, and the children's president, David Sancho y Giménez.
The reception event was also attended by El Toro councillor, Marcos Pecos; the deputy mayor for Culture, Nati Francés, and the councillor Rafael Sedano.
The Fallas del Toro 2023, organised by the Falla del Toro-Casa de Valencia in Calvià, begin today at 4 p.m. with the Falla's 'Plantà' and will end on Sunday with the traditional 'Mascletà', 'Cremà' and the Great Night of Fire.
The most institutional prize-awarding ceremony will take place tomorrow Saturday, at 1 p.m., Throughout the weekend, in El Toro, there will be various activities on the occasion of the Fallas 2023.
