Visit to RES-50 in Magaluf where 87 privately developed subsidised homes VPO will be built

Today, the president of the Govern, Francina Armengol, and the mayor of Calvià, Alfonso Rodríguez Badal, have visited, in the hands of the developer Vistarga and its representative Bernat Pascual, the Strategic Land Reserve 50 (RES-50) in Magaluf, where the license for the construction, by the private developer, of 87 subsidised homes (75 VPO and 12 HPT) has already been granted.

This is the first development phase of the strategic Reserve, where there is also some land that will revert to the Town Hall, for the construction of 78 officially protected homes.
